The $999 standard offer assumes your install meets all of these. If it doesn't, we don't silently add a charge—we talk about it first.
- Existing unit is a conventional 40- or 50-gallon tank model
- Replacement is like-for-like fuel type (gas or electric)
- Unit is in a normally accessible garage, utility room, or ground-level location
- Existing shutoff, gas/electrical supply, venting, drain pan, platform, and connections are safe, functional, and code-compliant
- No relocation, structural work, hazardous-material remediation, recirculation redesign, or major code correction is required
- Any required municipal permit treatment is disclosed and handled lawfully

- Relocating the unit to a new location
