Manufacturer Warranty
Every standard replacement includes a six-year Rheem manufacturer tank and parts warranty, subject to Rheem's written terms. This warranty is provided by Rheem—not by Hot Water Daddys.
We label this accurately as a manufacturer warranty. We do not claim a separate labor warranty unless and until the business later supplies one.
Workmanship Policy
A separate labor-workmanship policy will be described here once the business defines one. We don't invent coverage we haven't put in writing.
Service Concerns
If you have a concern about your installation, contact us and we'll work to make it right. Warranty claims on the tank or parts themselves are handled through the manufacturer per their written terms.
