The Offer

The $999 all-in price applies to a standard like-for-like 40- or 50-gallon tank water heater replacement that meets our standard-installation qualifications. If field conditions fall outside the standard scope, we will identify, explain, and quote the additional work and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Warranty

The included warranty is a six-year manufacturer tank and parts warranty, subject to the manufacturer's written terms. We do not claim a separate labor warranty unless and until the business defines one.

Permits

Permit requirements vary by municipality and project conditions. We handle any required permit treatment lawfully and disclose it during qualification.

Scheduling

Scheduling is subject to availability. We'll confirm scheduling details during qualification.

Safety

Do not work on gas lines, defeat safety controls, or cap relief valves yourself. If you smell gas or see a leak near electrical equipment, leave the area and contact your utility or emergency services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
